Rachel Evans is a Program Officer for the American Institutions, Society, and Public Good program at the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ.
Prior to joining the Çï¿ûÊÓƵ, Rachel served as a Policy Advisor at Third Way and the Small Business Administration’s National Women’s Business Council, where she advanced policies to support underserved small businesses. Rachel also served as an Economic Policy Legislative Aide to U.S. Senator Christopher Coons, supporting the Senator's work on housing, community development, and small business issues.
Rachel holds an M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science and Women & Gender Studies from the University of Delaware.
