John C. Platt

John C. Platt is a Google Fellow and leads the Applied Science branch of Google Research, working at the intersection between computer science and physical or biological science. He was previously Distinguished Scientist at Microsoft Research and Deputy Managing Director of its Redmond Lab, as well as Director of Research at Synaptics.
