Jannis Julien Grimm is Director of the Research Unit “Radical Spaces” at the INTERACT Center for Interdisciplinary Peace and Conflict Research at Freie Universität Berlin and Associate Researcher at the Institute for the Study of Protest and Social Movements in Berlin. He is the author of Safer Field Research in the Social Sciences: A Guide to Human and Digital Security in Hostile Environments (with Kevin Koehler, Isabell Schierenbeck, Ilyas Saliba, and Ellen M. Lust, 2020).
